Easy Books is a full professional double-entry accounts package with bank statement reconciliation, customer invoicing, time tracking, financial reporting and online sync. Small businesses use the app to keep track of costs, revenue and VAT. They invoice customers and use the many financial reports to see how their business is doing and find out if customers owe them money.
Accounting is complicated but everything about the app aims to keep things simple. Plain English replaces accounting jargon, irrelevant information is hidden from view, and the app even helps avoid mistakes if it spots something unusual when entering information. Easy Books learns from past entries and pre-fills some forms to speed up data entry.
